Ayudamos a los pacientes a mejorar salud física, mental y social, ayudar a desarrollar un plan de atención adecuado para usted. Además, brindamos asesoramiento informal, organizamos actividades de divulgación, defensa, apoyo social y educación comunitaria.

Transportation
We provide assistance in understanding and using the public transit system (bus & trains), payments & tickets, and how to navigate the public transportation stations.
We also assist in understanding how to set up and use ride-sharing apps (Uber & Lyft) and how to best get around New Jersey.
Food
We will assist in developing a foundation with the Deaf & Hard of Hearing community in understanding how to procure food and be self-sufficient.
We provide information and guidance on how to receive food donations, food stamps, and nutrition information.
Shelter
Our navigators can help you locate safe and secure housing as well as shelters for those in need of a warm and temporary space.
We also provide counseling on how to secure permanent housing and find the resources to help make that possible.
Workshops &
Training
We provide training and workshops in various subjects and fields.
We also provide a space to host Deaf & Hard of Hearing professionals to provide their own workshops in our physical location at Allies in Caring - Con-Vivir Hub, and remotely as well.
