Con-Vivir Wellness Hub Opening Celebration
The Con-Vivir Wellness Hub, an initiative of Allies in Caring, will offer free and affordable in-person and virtual counseling as well as educational programs to foster resilience, promote healing, and bring people together in meaningful interactions. Services will be available in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language (ASL.)
The center opening celebration will take place on May 20 from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm at 100 S. Second St, Hammonton, NJ.
This is an all-day event. You can choose from these three time slots: 10:30 am, 2:30 pm, 5:30 pm.
11:30 am: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
3:30 pm: Mindfulness Class for Families

All community members are welcome to attend the opening ceremony, take a tour of the new Center, learn more about the services, become a member, grab some food, enjoy live music, and participate in a collaborative art-making projects.

What Does Con-Vivir
Mean For South Jersey?
Learning Well Together A space for culturally accessible instruction in health and healing, relationships, and mindfulness, as well as low cost walk-in counseling available evenings and weekends.
Connecting Well Together A safe place where skilled community navigators help people find the resources they need to thrive and contribute. A space that ensures access regardless of language, poverty, or disability.
Working Well Together A space to foster the training and development of un- and under- employed South Jersey residents who wish to become behavioral health professionals and help address our area’s critical shortage of culturally-informed, Spanish-speaking and American Sign Language-fluent providers.
Thriving Well Together A creative space where community organizations, schools, churches, and arts, cultural and service groups collaborate to help uncover the abilities and potential that lies within each person, and to help them develop new networks of support.
Where We Can Be Together In December 2017 Allies in Caring partnered with New Jersey Community Capital to purchase a building. We now need partners to help us connect, learn & thrive by creating the Con-Vivir Wellness Hub.
Con-Vivir is located in downtown Hammonton, a regional hub that is easily accessible by major roads and public transportation. It is close to schools, Stockton University's Hammonton campus, stores, medical services and jobs.
Who we serve together
Con-Vivir Wellness Hub will be a space of connection for the entire community to share resources. Allies in Caring is committed to including people isolated by poverty, language, culture, race, or conditions such as addiction, mental health challenges, deafness, or autism. We have special expertise in serving Latino, immigrants, and families with members who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, who will be vital partners in building a culture of wellness and inclusion.
