Allies in Caring Free Counseling at Con-Vivir Wellness Hub

If you are concerned about your mental health or the mental health of someone you love, we can help.

 

During Covid-19, Allies in Caring offers Free* Counseling in English every Wednesday from 12 pm to 4 pm and  Spanish every Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm at Con-Vivir Wellness Hub, 100 S Second St, Hammonton, NJ.

Harry Potter Club at Con-Vivir Wellness Hub

Our group is taking a break this Monday, June 21, as everyone is just getting out of school. We will have one more meeting on June 28, and then we are going to take off for July to have a little breather for the summer. Enjoy the start of summer break, and look for the sign-up for the last week of June sometime next week. Thanks!

 

Our Happy Potter Club meets every Monday from 6:30 to 8 pm at Con-Vivir Wellness Hub, 100 S Second St, Hammonton, NJ, 08037. It is free to join!

The Harry Potter Club is a weekly social meeting for students ages 10-13 with a common interest in the fantasy genre.

Free Classes and Activities on Third Thursday

Are you looking for new things to do in Hammonton, NJ? Every third Thursday of the month, Con-Vivir Wellness Hub offers free classes and activities for the community! This month we celebrated pride month, making rainbow necklaces, melted crayon art, and painting canvas. Support Group for Youths with ASD during the COVID-19 Crisis

Do you have youths with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Allies in Caring now offers a support group online for youths ages 13-21 with ASD during the COVID-19 crisis.

We meet weekly on Wednesdays, from 6-8 pm EST through Zoom. Teens can join using their computers or phones.  Contact lmorsa@alliesincaring.org to sign up.

The group will focus on social skills, expressing emotions, career development, and general mental health. This service is entirely free and confidential.

Online support groups are a safe space for teens to connect with peers, share their feelings and experiences during this crisis, and learn healthy coping strategies. Don't miss out on this opportunity to support your adolescent mental health.

Free Computers and Internet

Would you like to have free access to computers and the internet? Come to our new Con-Vivir wellness center, located at 

100 S Second St, Hammonton, NJ, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Mindfulness Classes for Families - Coming Soon!

Would you like to learn how to regulate emotions, create flexibility and creativity, and cultivate gratitude, empathy, and compassion during challenging times?

 

Con-Vivir Wellness Hub will offer Mindfulness classes for families starting in the summer. Please follow us on Facebook to stay updated with upcoming dates!
